Use the TOG rating to choose the right clothes for your baby to wear at night. Less than 1.0 TOG: room temperature between 24°C and 26°C From 1 to 2 TOG: room temperature between 18°C and 24°C From 3 to 3.5 TOG: room temperature between 16°C and 18°C
