EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS IN STORE
In-store exchanges: We exchange everything! Within 30 days or 45 days if you are a member of The Big Family. Gifts of course, but even the Amazing Super Sales and web exclusives - the only problem is that we only exchange sale items within 15 days. Of course, we take into account the lockdown and we will accept exchanges until June 30th for items bought on our website during shop closures.
Refunds for items ordered online, in store: It is now possible and we refund full price items purchased online! All you have to do is drop off your items in the shop within 30 days or 45 days if you are a member of The Big Family. The only problem is that items on sale are excluded (exchange only) and you have to show the receipt/gift receipt for gifts (or the invoice).
*We are unable to offer full refunds in store for items purchased with a reduction online, these will be exchange only*
How does it work?*
Bring the item(s) to exchange unworn and unwashed in their original packaging along with your invoice. Please note we can't exchange personalised items. *See terms.
with the Petit Bateau money back guarantee you can return the products that you aren’t 100% happy with within 30 days of receiving your order, 14 days for sale items. The delivery costs of the return will be your responsibility.
How does it work?
1. Register the return on your www.petit-bateau.co.uk online account by selecting the order and the relevant item(s).
2. Package up your unworn, unwashed and non-personalized items in their original packaging. Add the delivery note or invoice.
3. Write the address below on the parcel and add stamps (at the current rate):

4. Receive your refund within 30 days of sending the package via the same payment method.
