 Because we like to be kind to both our customers and the planet at the same time, we are really careful with our stock management, so certain orders may be sent from another store and could be delivered in several parcels. But don't freak out, we'll send you a dispatch email and an invoice for each one!

Exchanges and refunds in store

In-store exchanges

We exchange everything! You have up to 30 days – and 45 if you are a member of the Big Family – to exchange your items in your Petit Bateau store.​

You have up to 30 days – and 45 if you are a member of the Big Family – to drop off your items in your Petit Bateau store.

If you want a refund, you have the option of returning the item(s) you weren't satisfied with within 30 days – and 45 days if you are a member of the Big Family – of receiving your order.

To my internet account on the Petit Bateau site. Go to the "My Orders & Returns" section to declare your return, by selecting the order and the item(s) you wish to return..

GET IT READY...

<> By placing your unworn, unwashed, unpersonalised items back in their original packaging with their label.
Add the delivery slip or invoice (available in your customer account space).
If not, you can simply write the order number inside the parcel.

You'll receive a confirmation email after we receive your return and you'll be refunded within 30 days.

Withdrawal

Counting from when you receive your order, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw and cancel your whole order. You'll be reimbursed for the shipping costs, but you'll have to cover the return fees.
