  • This three-piece set for baby boys is the perfect addition to a baby's layette. It includes a baby's tee with a delightful Eskimo print in brushed 1x1 rib for greater warmth and comfort and pants with an elasticized waist in a milleraies-striped tube knit. For easy dressing, the T-shirt has a snap-button opening on the back. A cardigan in a milleraies-striped tube knit with a snap-button opening completes the outfit. Note that the baby's cardigan and pants are reversible. A three-piece baby's set that mixes stripes and prints, to wear together or separately, for an adorable gift for a newborn.

A brand, a story

Where does the name come from? It's nothing to do with hosiery, Pierre Valton's original job when he founded the company in 1893. It's all down to his son Etienne, who invented underpants in 1918 and was inspired by the French nursery rhyme "Maman les p'tits bateaux" that his wife would sing to their children. And so the brand and the nursery rhyme became inextricably linked!
