Can we still order on your website?

Phew, yes! You can ! Our website remains operational and deliveries are still happening due our to great teams who prepare your orders, in strict compliance with health and safety regulations. All orders placed are processed and we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. However, we have been alerted by our delivery teams that the pace is slightly slower than normal to ensure everyone's safety, and your package may arrive a few days late. If so, don't worry: #stayathome, it happens.


I placed an order but my package has still not arrived ... Are there any delivery delays?

Indeed, our packages may arrive safely but a few days later than expected. Why ? Put simply, to ensure the safety of everyone working on this transport chain, only one collection per day from our warehouse is allowed. Also, the people who prepare your orders are also less in number but do their utmost so that you receive your order on time If this should happen, we are very sorry. When you say late, is it 2 days or more like 2 weeks?

After some discussions with our couriers (who are working to full capacity to keep their team safe), you may experience delays of up to a 8 business days.

And if my order has been delivered to a store, can I collect my package?

Of course! When you have received the package receipt email, you can pick it up directly. Warning! Our hours have changed and we will only be able to accommodate a limited number of people in the store, which could cause a short wait outside. Thank you for your understanding 😊


I want to return my package, what is the procedure?

Do not panic ! We’ve extended our returns policy, you now have up to 60 days to return your package !! It will be necessary to apply the usual procedure but we recommend that you wait until the situation improves and that all our sailors can receive and process your order in our warehouse.


I would like to exchange items in store, how do I do it?

You can now come and exchange your items for free in one of your favorite stores. Only conditions: the items must be unworn, unwashed, non-personalized and must be in their original packaging. Psst, don't forget your invoice/receipt 😉
