Are the Petit Bateau stores open during the lockdown period in the UK?

Following government measures and until further notice, all of our stores are unfortunately closed in the UK. However, our website is, for the time being, still in use.

Can we still order on your website?

Phew, yes! You can ! Our website remains operational and deliveries are still happening due our to great teams who prepare your orders, in strict compliance with health and safety regulations. All orders placed are processed and we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. However, we have been alerted by our delivery teams that the pace is slightly slower than normal to ensure everyone's safety, and your package may arrive a few days late. If so, don't worry: #stayathome, it happens.

I placed an order but my package has still not arrived ... Are there any delivery delays?

Indeed, our packages may arrive safely but a few days later than expected. Why ? Put simply, to ensure the safety of everyone working on this transport chain, only one collection per day from our warehouse is allowed. Also, the people who prepare your orders are also less in number but do their utmost so that you receive your order on time If this should happen, we are very sorry. When you say late, is it 2 days or more like 2 weeks?

After some discussions with our couriers (who are working to full capacity to keep their team safe), you may experience delays of up to a 8 business days.

Do you respect sanitary standards in your production chain?

Ah, yes! Our teams work in compliance with the health standards imposed by the WHO and those set by the national and regional authorities in recent weeks to guarantee their safety, but also yours.

If I want to take advantage of free shipping, how do I do it?

Easy peasy! For any order placed, we offer delivery with no minimum purchase. Just enter your postal address and the package will arrive directly at your home.

And if my order has been delivered to a store or a drop-off point, when can I collect my package?

So sorry, but you will only be able to collect your parcel when the shops are reopened ... If your order was urgent, I’m afraid the only option is to place a new order which will be delivered directly to your home. When we reopen our stores, we can then refund your original order. Sorry !

I want to return my package, what is the procedure?

Do not panic ! We’ve extended our returns policy, you now have up to 60 days to return your package !! It will be necessary to apply the usual procedure but we recommend that you wait until the situation improves and that all our sailors can receive and process your order in our warehouse.

I would like to exchange items in store, how can I do it?

Unfortunately, the shops being closed, exchanges are temporarily suspended until they reopen (when we can keep everyone safe ).
