Are Petit Bateau shops open in the UK?

Following government measures until 30th December, all our stores are unfortunately closed in the UK. Due to Covid 19, the border between the UK and France just reopened, but we are expecting some delays in order deliveries.


Can we still order on your website?

Due to Covid 19, the border between the UK and France has just reopened. Orders placed from 17th December may experience delivery delays due to the unplanned port closure.


I placed an order but my package still hasn't arrived ... Are there any delivery delays?

I have not had any news of my order, how do I know where the delivery is?

You will receive an email from Hermes/DPD once they have received their parcel within their network. You can also contact our customer service team for your tracking number once the order has been dispatched. Orders placed from 17th December may experience delivery delays due to the closure of the ports.


When you say late, is it more 2 days or 2 weeks?

After a few conversations with Hermes and DPD (who is very busy and also adhering to government guidelines), you may encounter delays of up to 10 working days.


I have placed an order, but the package has not yet arrived and I would like to change my delivery address. How can I do that?

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order confirmation. Please take into account a delivery time of 10 working days to receive your delivery.


Do you respect sanitary standards in your production chain?

Ah that, yes! Our teams work in compliance with the health standards imposed by the WHO and the national and regional authorities put in place in recent weeks to guarantee their safety, but also yours.


If I want free shipping, what should I do?

We are currently offering free home delivery on all your orders whilst our store doors remain closed ! You just have to enter your postal address and the package will be sent directly to your home.


And if my order was delivered to a store, when can I collect my package?

You will only be able to pick up your package when the stores re-open.... Sorry for the inconvenience !


I want to return my package, what is the procedure?

Don’t panic ! You have exceptionally up to 90 days to return your package. The usual procedure will need to be followed, but we are still available to process your returns as usual as quickly as we can, bear with us ! As the Kings Road store is currently closed, we would urge you to return your package after 1st January 2021.

I would like to exchange items in store, what do I do?

Unfortunately, the shops being closed, exchanges are temporarily suspended until they reopen (we hope as soon as possible 🙁).


I have more questions, who can I contact?

Our great customer service team is making every effort to answer you as quickly as possible whilst working remotely, and is available on the phone (10am to 4pm – Monday to Friday) but also via the contact form which may be a quicker response time. The response time may be a little longer, but we are doing our best! Thank you for your understanding 😊.
